At Staghead Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most of our handcrafted pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all certificates and promotional materials, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
