Material Processing Fee
If you are sending in your own materials to be used in your ring, please include this processing fee in your order. You can opt to have your materials returned to you on your material form, however if you send in materials that are larger than 3" x 3", you will NOT receive them back
If you are sending in wood, we need a 1.5” x 1.5” square piece that is at least 3" in length.
For antler, we need a 1.5” x 1.5” diameter piece that is at least 3" in length.
For any material sent in under these specifications, they will be ground down into a powder and set in the ring which will affect appearance.
For most rocks/stones, we need a large marble size stone.
YOUR RING LEAD/PRODUCTION TIME WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL WE RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR MATERIALS.
If requested, materials will be shipped back via USPS within 30 days of order completion. We will not ship back any materials going to an international address
